When used in meditation, singing bowls indicate the beginning and the end, where at the beginning one lets go of everything except the clean moment of here and now; and at the end one will awaken physically and spiritually in the here and now of material reality. During meditation they create a vibrational soundscape indicating a certain frequency into the body.
